My History with BNRG…
BNRG Products and my relationship…
In 2004 I was in the middle of a sprint workout at UCLA with my conditioning coach and the owner of BNRG (Kevin Lawrence) came by to meet me and introduce me to Proto Whey and Power Crunch. Needless to say I was hooked after arriving home and testing the products.
We arranged to have BNRG sponsor my ladies fitness camp, F.E.M. Camps (www.femcamp.net), by providing Power Crunch bars to all attendees. Since I was in the middle of another exclusive contract on a personal level, I could not talk about the amazing Protein (Proto Whey) but did start using it at home. BNRG sponsored all F.E.M. Camps with plenty of bars and I saw personally how many people became hooked and addicted! ha ha
In 2008 I started speaking to BNRG about the possibility of working alongside BNRG to promote the products. By the Arnold Fitness Festival in 2009 I was the first endorsed athlete for BNRG and extremely proud of being able to represent a company I had grown fond of and product that I KNEW worked!
Proto Whey has been a staple in my diet now for (7) years!! This product is extremely tasty and effective.. I use it first thing in the morning (before any cardio even), in the middle of the day sometimes, immediately after my workouts (weights, sprints, HIT) and sometimes right before bed.
I have experienced extreme success with all my clients (both competitive and non competitive) with the use of PW too.
Power Crunch and Choklat Crunch bars are both perfect for what they provide.. I fun, light snack in between meals or even late at night when I just have to have chocolate!
